I recently bought a home theatre system from TV Specialists. I am not only delighted with the system, a 10 foot hi def great sound system, but as much so with the sales help and the installation folks. Mike in sales took me through the daunting arena of what is available and showed me a variety of great options for what I had in mind to spend.

Once Mike helped me to a decision, it was up to Dave and Jeff to install it. Well, install it they did… in spades!! They spent on and off 2-3 days to make it right and to tell me how to make it work. They did so many “extras” for me that I won’t take the space to list them. Then, before they left, they gave me cell phone numbers in the event that I had any questions or problems. Well I did and yes they talked me through whatever I needed.

It’s not just what you pay for a system, it’s all the extras that are included.

Our experience with Mike Bollinger and TV Specialists was incredible. We were requesting that they do a set up that we had never done before – screening a movie from DVD in an old theatre that only screens 35mm. So we were worried going into the venture, as we only had a day to set up, and needed to find a company that would be able to GUARANTEE that they could bring us a digital projector that would work for the theatre, and also give us the 5.1 Surround Sound that we wanted.

Well an hour after meeting Mike it was such a blessing because I knew I could actually relax and I felt confident that all was going to work out.

His service was incredible. We had some tough and challenging requests of his time, his availability, and the overall package of equipment, and he continued to meet and surpass all these demands.
